Web Presenter is a browser-based application that allows users to control presentations (including PDFs, PowerPoint files, and images) on a large screen using their smartphone as a remote control. The connection is established by scanning a QR code, and no software installation or user account is required for the core functionality.

The Service is offered in two tiers:

• Free Tier: Allows users to access all features for a limited session of 10 minutes.
• Pro Tier: A paid monthly subscription that grants users unlimited presentation time and usage of all features.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

While no account is required to use the Free Tier, purchasing a "Pro" subscription requires you to provide personal information, including your name and email address, to facilitate payment processing.

• Billing: The Pro subscription is billed on a monthly, recurring basis. You will be billed in advance of each billing cycle.
• Payment Processing: We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to handle all payments. Web Presenter does not collect or store your payment card details. You are subject to the terms and conditions of our third-party payment processor.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, display, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on another's intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service, compromise its security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload and present using our Service.

4. User Content and Privacy

Web Presenter respects your ownership of the content you create.

• Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights to the presentation files you upload to the Service.
• Limited License: By uploading a file, you grant Web Presenter a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you during your active session.
• Data Storage: As stated on our website, we do not store your presentation files on our servers once your session is terminated. Files are streamed directly between your devices.
• Privacy: Our use of your personal information (such as your name and email for Pro subscriptions) and data collected through cookies is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service itself (including but not limited to the Web Presenter name, logo, website design, text, and graphics) are and will remain the exclusive property of Web Presenter and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Pro account, you may do so by canceling your subscription.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Web Presenter makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service.

In no event shall Web Presenter, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
